Are the mats slippery some one posted a review it was want to know because i wanted to put it on on tanning ledge

The drop-in mats are not recommended for use in water less than 3 feet deep, such as on a tanning ledge. Using the mat in shallow water may create a slipping hazard and could compromise both safety and the mat’s intended performance.
